Volcanic Winery is more than just a vineyard; it’s a testament to our family’s legacy and the land that we've called home for four generations.
Located at 4200' elevation in the high desert region of Klamath County, our vineyard is nourished by the rich volcanic soil of Mt. Mazama (Crater Lake), Mt McLoughlin, Stukel Mt., and Mt. Shasta.. Founded by Lon Baley, a 3rd generation potato farmer, Volcanic Winery was born from a love of wine and a desire to create something enduring for future generations.
Each bottle of our wine carries with it the story of our heritage—crafted from rare, old-world grape varieties that thrive in our unique elevation and land with its rich volcanic soils. We use traditional winemaking techniques, ensuring that every small batch produced is of the highest quality. Our wines are a tribute to the past, a celebration of the present, and a legacy for the future.
